Servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins began the activities of the course on "Cost Spreadsheet and Price Formation according to the IN Seges/ME No. 05/2017/No. 98/2022, the Labor Reform (updated by the IN SEGES/MP No. 07/2018) and the New Law No. 14.133/21" on Tuesday morning (April 9th) and it will continue until Thursday (April 11th).
Promoted by Esmat, the training is given by facilitator Silvio César da Silva Lima and it will address relevant aspects of the labor reform applied to the cost and price formation spreadsheet modules according to the guidelines of the State Prosecution.
In all, the course has a class load of 27 hours and it aims to guide students on the main points of administrative contracts and present in detail the new structure and the new modules of the spreadsheet of costs and price formation, according to the IN SEGES nº 05, of 2017 and nº 98, of 2022, expanding the mastery of the specificities of the concepts of labor law involved in the relationship of companies with the Public Administration in order to better avoid the subsidiary liability of the Administration in the contractual relationship with outsourced companies through the use of the linked account or the generating event.
