Registrations are now open for the Training of Trainers course, Level 1, Module 1, with a focus on Electoral Justice. A total of 35 vacancies are available for civil servers, magistrates from the Electoral Justice and from schools that are part of the National Network of Judicial Schools (Renejum). The course will take place from March 20th to 22nd, in person, at the headquarters of the School in Brasília, and it will be taught by Judge Fábio Penezi Póvoa and post-doctoral in Education Liliane Campos Machado.
Interested people must complete the registration form by March 10th. It will also be necessary to complete the diagnostic evaluation so that the Enfam team can better understand the reality of the audience of the course and adjust the project within the possibilities of the School and the trainers.
The aim of the training is to organize the planning of educational and classroom activities with a view to developing competences, structuring their different elements in an articulated way. Among the skills that will be worked on is that of analyzing elements of course/teaching planning and specific aspects of teaching practice, taking into account the course of work and training within the judiciary, in order to articulate the experiences, specific knowledge and results perceived as significant among the trainers, in order to better structure their educational project.
The content covers topics such as: professional education, the role of the school in the context of the judiciary and pedagogical guidelines/schools of Enfam; the specificities of teaching and learning in the context of the judiciary - training and teaching; learning and teaching to develop competences in the context of the judiciary; pedagogical guidelines and the teaching process of Enfam guided towards developing competences; and the planning/design of educational actions and the organization of educational/pedagogical work - theoretical and practical aspects.
At the end of the course, participants who complete the proposed activities and obtain a score of 75% or more will receive a certificate of completion issued by Enfam, with a workload of 24 hours.
