The academic year at the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) is already underway. This Monday (January 29th), the auditorium welcomed those registered in the course on "Management in my Favor: Strategies for Results". During the opening ceremony, the following were present: Judge Rosa Maria Rodrigues Gazire Rossi, coordinator of the training; and the teachers Fabiano Gonçalves Marques, Cledson José Dias Nunes, Kellen Cleya dos Santos Madalena Stakoviak, Darllanne Cristina dos Santos Ferreira Tacho, Renato Alves Gomes and Fernanda Pontes Alcântara, who are responsible for teaching the activities.
Judge Rosa Maria emphasized the importance of drawing up management and action plans for the judicial units, highlighting their relevance to meet the national targets set by the National Council of Justice (CNJ).
The main objective of the course is to promote knowledge for drawing up management and action plans, using statistical reports available in the local Judiciary, with a focus on meeting the National Targets of 2024. With a workload of 14 hours, the training concludes tomorrow, Tuesday (January 30th).
