The training of the new civil servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins began on Monday (22nd). The training for 49 new civil servers, approved in the competition for the permanent staff, is promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) and runs until February 9th. The course aims to provide essential skills to deal with the complexity of the demands and activities of the judiciary, with a total workload of 100 hours.
The reception for the newly appointed staff was attended by the General Director of the TJTO, Ana Carina Mendes Souto; the Executive Director of Esmat, Ana Beatriz de Oliveira Pretto; and other teachers on the training course. According to Ana Carina, the civil servers have already had an introduction to the Forum of the city of Palmas, and now the training will provide them with a deeper understanding of the structure of the PJTO. "We are very happy with the arrival of each of you, certain that we can count on your competence and dedication to fulfill our institutional mission on behalf of the citizens of our State. This is a very important stage in adapting to public service in the Judiciary of the State. The entire team is on hand to better welcome the new civil servers with spaces to clarify doubts and questions," she said.
The Executive Director, Ana Beatriz de Oliveira Pretto, stressed the importance of the program to welcome and train new members of the Judiciary. "In 20 years of Esmat, this is the first time we have given a course to welcome and train new civil servers. We would also like to make available the other educational services offered by the School, access to our library and other digital platforms for consultation and learning," she said.
