On November 30th and December 1st, the Superior School of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) held the course on Preservation of Life: security strategies, for classes I and II, respectively. The aim of the training was to qualify and improve magistrates from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, civil servers and military police officers from the Military Office of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (ASMIL) in the legal use of firearms, observing shooting techniques and tactics, as well as the maintenance of weapons after use, thus reducing firearms incidents.
The theoretical and practical activities were led by teachers Guinomar Regino Dias Magalhães, Yurg Nolêto Coêlho, Danyllo Cordeiro de Macedo and Bruno Brito Mota. The 10-hour course took place in person at the shooting club of the city of Palmas.
