The Innovation and Multiplier Design Thinking course held its first individual group mentoring session on Monday afternoon (October 16th). The discussions focused on the challenges approved by the mentors and the exploration of the ecosystem, so that the mentees can participate in the Innovation Management Committee and the Innovation and Sustainable Development Goals Laboratory of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins (CGI/INTELECTUS-TO).
The training aims to train magistrates and civil servers of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) in innovation concepts and design thinking, and to train team multipliers to increase results and overcome the challenges brought about by new technologies in the Judiciary.
Facilitator Solange Mata Machado holds a post-doctorate in Neuroscience Applied to Innovation Processes, a doctorate and a master's degree in Innovation and Competitiveness from FGC/SP, and she is responsible for teaching the activities:
