Aimed at civil servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) began the activities of the Sustainable Bidding and Contracting Course on Wednesday afternoon (September 27th), in accordance with the Law 14.133 of 2021. With a class load of 30 hours, the training will take place until October 17th, in distance modality.
The main objective of the course is to enable the participants to understand the changes brought about by the Law 14.133 of 2021 and to apply them in the bidding and contracting process for goods, services and public works.
Over the course of the training, six web classes will be given by facilitator Luciana Stocco Betiol. This first class focuses on introducing the concepts of sustainability, sustainable development, sustainable consumption and production, as well as the 2030 Agenda of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
