The Strategic Communication and Emotional Intelligence in practice course, held remotely on Monday afternoon (September 25th), proved to be a real success, attracting more than 160 civil servers and magistrates from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.
The course, taught by facilitator Roberto Souza de Morais, aimed to contribute to the improvement of the provision of justice, improving the quality of the services provided by the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins and the promotion of the constitutional principles of efficiency and effectiveness.
During his presentation, the facilitator emphasized the importance of the course by pointing out the content that would be covered. "This is going to be the best course on strategic communication and emotional intelligence in online format that you will have. I've learned that words have power, every word tends to be a prophecy," he said.
