This Wednesday (August 30th), the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) concluded its course on "Management and Supervision of Outsourced Contracts". The training ended after web classes and two face-to-face meetings.
Under the instruction of facilitator Flaviana Paim, the participants explored the last topics of the course, which dealt with "Practical and operational aspects of the administrative supervision of contracts" and "Documentary analysis: what should be checked in the documents requested by the Contracts Supervision".
The training also included facilitators Gustavo Cauduro Hermes, Henrique Malaquias Xavier and Andrea Morais Hermes. The course began on August 15th for civil servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, with the aim of guiding and training those registered to provide subsidies to optimize control over the monitoring of contracts, providing them with a theoretical, legal and jurisprudential basis on the Management and Supervision of Administrative Contracts, as well as promoting qualification to act in the exercise of activities related to Bids and Contracts.
