The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) announces the opening of registration for the course on Improving the Approach to Welcoming and Clinical Listening, which will take place on June 12th. Aiming to train the target audience to deal more effectively and humanely with situations of workplace harassment, the action aims to promote better emotional recovery for victims and contribute to a healthier and fairer work environment.
The course will be given by professor Roberto Heloani. Registrations can be made from May 23rd to 30th, through the Academic System of Esmat (SAV/ESMAT), as indicated by the Center for Reception and Psychosocial Support (NAPSI), through the SEI file number 23.0.000017253-7.
Aimed at the members of the NAPSI technical team of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), the training offers a total of 9 vacancies. The course will be 4 hours long, providing a favorable environment for learning and exchanging experiences. The course will be held in person at Esmat.
The content of the program includes a broad approach to harassment, discrimination, and their consequences to the physical and psychological health of workers, especially in the Judiciary. Among the topics discussed are the definition of bullying, the differentiation between bullying, moral damage, stress, and conflicts, the forms of bullying and sexual harassment, the consequences of bullying in the legal, psychological, and medical spheres, strategies for building evidence in cases of harassment, presentation of real cases of harassment, and how to deal with complaints of bullying in the public sector.
