Technical vigilance countermeasures course begins with focus on protection of sensitive information and technological update

The Technical Vigilance Countermeasures course started this Tuesday morning (May 23rd), marking the first day of a journey that will last until May 25th. Held by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), the action aims to enable the professionals of the Intelligence and Institutional Security Center (NIS) of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins to adopt effective measures of technical vigilance countermeasures.

The training aims to provide participants with the necessary skills to protect sensitive information, update their technological knowledge, comply with the relevant legislation and prevent possible cyber attacks. With a total of 20 places available, the course is being held in person at Esmat. The total course load is 24 hours, distributed over three days of activities.

With the presence of Professors Antonio Tavares dos Santos Neto and Geraldo César de Deus Oliveira, the contents of the program include themes such as Legislation and Definitions Related to Countermeasures for Technical Vigilance (CMVT); service protocols for demands related to environment scanning, essential concepts of physics and electronics applied to CMVT; understanding of Oscor Green (equipment used in countermeasures) and CMVT practices with Oscor Green.

A highlight of the course is the presence of participants from other States. Students from the Court of Justice of the State of Paraná (TJPR), Court of Justice of the State of Maranhão (TJMA), Court of Justice of the State of Goiás (TJGO), Military Police of the State of Goiás (PMGO), State Prosecution of the State of Amazonas (MPAM), State Prosecution of the State of Tocantins (MPTO), Military House of the Government of Tocantins and the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) are present, enriching the exchange of knowledge and experiences.
