The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) began on Monday (May 15th), the course on Google Workspace: the effective use of resources in TJTO - Module I -, covering three classes of participants. The course will run until June 20th and it aims to train Judges and public servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins (1st Degree) to effectively use the resources of the Workspace Platform, which was recently contracted by the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins.
The three classes are composed of servers and Judges of the 1st Degree, totaling 225 vacancies. The course is conducted remotely through the Virtual Learning Environment of Esmat (VLE).
The course content covers various aspects of Google Workspace, with a focus on the use of Gmail, contacts, and password resets. Participants will learn about Gmail features such as sending, reading, and replying to emails, working with attachments, organizing and searching messages, applying labels, using shortcut keys, creating custom signatures, managing contacts, and performing password resets.
