The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) starts, from this Thursday (March 18th) to March 23rd, the registration for a tutor to act as a mediator between the ESMAT, students and teachers, in the distance learning modality, during the People Management and Leadership course- Class IV -, which takes place between April 5th and 20th, 2021.
Among the prerequisites for the position are: to be a server at the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins, in office; to be graduated in any area of training; to have a Lato Sensu post-graduate degree in any area of training; to have training as a Distance Education tutor, with at least 40 hours of class time; and knowledge of Moodle.
It will be the tutor's responsibility: to monitor the students' activities according to the course schedule; to interact and answer the students' questions in the forums and chats (web tutorials); to support the teacher in the development of the teaching activities, in the classroom, and through the Esmat's Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
The People Management and Leadership course aims to develop the People Management competence to promote skills in the application of defined methods, policies, techniques, and practices, through the development of people's attributes; the competencies related to the power of reflection, with the objective of managing internal behaviors and potentializing human capital, with theoretical and practical content about the main aspects of leadership and leadership tools and quality of life at work.
