It started on the morning of Tuesday (November 9th), the classes of the course Update in Criminal Procedure, promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins. The project is aimed at magistrates and public servers who work as advisors in the 1st and 2nd level courts of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.
With a course load of 60 hours, the course aims to provide the Judges and public servers of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins with the improvement and review of the subject, focusing on the theoretical and practical bases of the Code of Criminal Procedure, and jurisprudential analysis of the superior courts.
Held remotely, via Esmat's Virtual Environment and Google Meet, the classes will take place until December 15th, 2021.
The course will be given by Antonio Henrique Graciano Suxberger, Ph. Post-Doctorate. Professor of the Master and Doctorate in Law Program of UniCEUB. District Attorney in the Federal District. Associate Researcher of the Doctorate Program in Legal and Political Sciences of the Pablo de Olavide University - Spain.
