Starting the 2023 academic calendar, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) opens on Tuesday (24th), registration for the fourth class of the Training of Trainers course. The training will be offered from February 16th to September 13th, 2023, for magistrates from the State of Tocantins, magistrates from other States and servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins who are active in the planning and execution of training actions for Judges and servers, preferably those who will teach in the training and improvement courses in the Judiciary.
The Training of Trainers course was accredited by the National School for Training and Improvement of Magistrates (ENFAM), under the Ordinance No. 06 of 2023. With a workload of 136 hours, it aims to continuously develop specific professional skills for teaching and for acting in the planning and implementation of training activities in the context of the judiciary.
The action will be developed in a hybrid way, alternating between face-to-face and distance classes, through the Virtual Environment of the School. During the training, among the various covered topics, themes related to the elements of the teaching activity in the context of the judiciary, reflections on the practice, philosophical assumptions of education, legal education and training in judicial schools, as well as aspects of communication that interfere in the teaching performance will be debated.
