The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) opens the registration period for seven classes of the “Improvement of the Unified Electronic Enforcement System (SEEU)” course. Targeting magistrates and court clerks, advisors, judicial analysts, judicial technicians, judicial officers, distributors, lawyers, public defenders, and prosecutors, each class will offer 100 vacancies, exclusively for a specific target audience:
Class I for lawyers registered with the Brazilian Bar Association in the State of Tocantins;
Class II for servers that work at the Distributors;
Class III for public servers that work at the Central Mandates Office and Judicial Officer;
Class IV for public servers, public defenders, and prosecutors from the State of Tocantins;
Class V for servers that work as analyst/technician/trainee in the courts;
Class VI for magistrates and advisors, and finally,
Class VII for servers that work in the Unit Management.
The course aims to enable operators in the area of Criminal Enforcement to dominate the functionalities of the SEEU system, process cases and manage the tools for better control and application of the legislation on the theme. The classes will be held remotely via the Virtual Platform of Esmat, on the following dates: Class I – August 15th, 2022; Class II – August 16th, 2022; Class III – August 18th, 2022; Class IV – August 19th, 2022; Class V – August 22 to 24th, 2022; Class VI – August 25th, 2022; and Class VII – August 26th, 2022.

Toda a capacitação será ministrada pela professora Ana Júlia Lopes, graduada em Comunicação Social. Especialista em Direito Penal e Processual Penal, Direitos Humanos e Ressocialização e Sociologia Política. Atualmente atua como oficial de apoio judicial na Vara de Execuções Penais de Divinópolis (TJMG), tendo tido passagem pelo Sistema Prisional de Minas Gerais como analista. Atuou na implantação do SEEU em MG como capacitadora, durante o ano de 2018. Desde o final de 2018, atua na parte operacional e em capacitações na expansão do SEEU em todo o País, pelo Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ), já tendo participado da implantação do sistema em 14 tribunais.
