Registrations are open until October 20th for the course on the Practical Application of Judicial Precedents at the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins. Promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), the course aims to train those registered with theoretical and practical knowledge of the qualified precedents, based on the study and debates on the procedural institutes of the general repercussion; repetitive appeals; incident of assumption of competence; and the incident of resolution of repetitive claims.
Forty vacancies are being made available for magistrates, legal advisors to magistrates and servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins. With a class load of 24 hours, the course will be held at Esmat from November 9th to 11th, 2022.
The registrations of legal advisors, public servers, indicated by the immediate superior of the contemplated sectors to participate in the course must be sent via SEI (check the Notice), to be held in the Virtual Academic Secretary.
