Registrations are open until April 5th, 2022, for the course on Oral Sustaining, to be given by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), with a total class load of 24 hours, in the modality of distance learning (EaD).
The course aims to demonstrate the importance, understanding the relevance of the oral argument and how it can make the difference, and what is the Best method to develop it in Court.
One hundred vacancies are being offered to male and female employees of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins; lawyers registered with the Brazilian Bar Association/Tocantins Sectional; and employees and attorneys from the State Attorney General’s Office – Esmat’s partner organs.
Registrations for the servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins and lawyers registered at the Brazilian Bar Association/Tocantins Sectional will be carried out via web, through a link available at the Esmat website - http://esmat.tjto.jus.br/portal/. After the registration period, the Academic Secretary will send an e-mail with the registration confirmation.
The registrations of the public servers and attorneys of the State Attorney General's Office - Esmat's partner body - will be carried out by indication in response to the invitation letter issued by Esmat.
The classes will be taught by the facilitators, Valter Otaviano da Costa Ferreira Junior and Alana Carlech Correia, and held via Esmat’s Virtual Environment and GOOGLE MEET Platform, from April 12th to May 9th, 2022.
