Applications are open until March 31st, 2022, for those interested in participating in the CURRENT THEMES IN SUPPLEMENTARY HEALTH WITH A VIEW TO THE PANDEMIC CONTEXT.
Held by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins, the course is the result of a partnership between the Institute for Supplementary Health Studies (IESS), the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins, the National School of Magistracy (ENM), and the Association of Brazilian Magistrates (AMB).
Forty vacancies are being offered to magistrates from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins; magistrates associated with the Brazilian Magistrates Association (AMB); magistrates from the Judiciary from other states; and public servers attached to the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins and from other states interested in the topic.
With a class load of 70 hours, the training will take place from April 7th to May 23rd, 2022. Taught by the professors Renato Freire Casarotti, Vera Valente Rodrigo Rodrigues de Aguiar, José Cechin, Alberto José Niituma Ogata, and the tutor Aline Marinho Bailão Iglesias.
The objective of the course is to enable students to understand the problems faced by supplementary health care in Brazil and to find new solutions to solve the litigation related to the judicialization of health care, the course will take place in the Distance Learning modality, through Esmat's Virtual Environment.
