In August and September of this year, the activities of Classes I and II of the Nonviolent Communication course, offered by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) to the magistrates coordinators of the Cejuscs Polos; Nupemec's servers; servers of Cejuscs Polos; facilitators of Restorative Justice; conciliators/mediators of Cejuscs from the cities of Araguaína, Araguatins, Arraias, Colinas, Dianópolis, Guaraí, Gurupi, Miracema, Porto Nacional, Palmas, Paraíso and Tocantinópolis.
The course aimed to train magistrates, servers, and service providers who work with consensual conflict resolution methods, to apply non-violent communication in conflict resolution in their work practices, so that they can make this action more harmonious and effective.
With a class load of 12 hours, the training was given by professors Sven Fröhlich and Carolina Cassiano, and was conducted remotely, with Class I from August 6th to 27th, 2021, and Class II from September 3rd to 24th, 2021.

Sven Fröhlich
Graduated in Business Administration (Göttingen University, Germany). Postgraduate in Intercultural Communication (LMU, University of Munich, Germany). CNV Facilitator (Training with Marshall Rosenberg and other international trainers). International Facilitator of Nonviolent Communication and Intercultural Communication and conflict mediator. He began his journey in Nonviolent Communication 20 years ago and took courses directly with Marshall Rosenberg, creator of Nonviolent Communication. He is one of the pioneers in Brazil in the dissemination of Nonviolent Communication.
Carolina Cassiano
Facilitator of Nonviolent Communication in courses, lectures and individual consultations based on Nonviolent Communication, Mindfulness and Focusing. Journalist. She was a content team manager for 15 years. Specialist in People Management (FGV-SP); Change Management (Change First). Ontological Coach. Trained in Focusing and Mindfulness. Trained with international facilitators of Non-Violent Communication. Specialist in Change Management, by Change First methodology. Post-Graduated in People Management, by Getúlio Vargas Foundation. Post-Graduate in Ontology of Language, by Appana Institute. Journalist, from the Social Communication College Cásper Líbero.
