Researchers, law professionals and members of civil society can submit articles and reports on their experiences for the special edition of the Journal of the School of the Judges of the State of Rondônia (Emeron), which will have as its theme: "Restorative Justice: Theory, Practice and Interfaces". The publication is scheduled for December of 2025 and it aims to bring together academic productions that contribute to the theoretical deepening and sharing of innovative practices in the field of the Restorative Justice.
The public call covers five thematic axes:
- Theoretical, normative and practical foundations of the Restorative Justice;
- Restorative Justice in institutions;
- Community dimension of the Restorative Justice;
- Interface with public policies of Education and Child and Youth Protection;
- Applications in criminal conflicts and offenses.
Professors and students from post graduate programs, Law operators, civil servers of the Justice System and other professionals working in the area can participate, individually or in groups of up to four authors. It is recommended that the articles be signed by authors with a minimum degree of doctor, or co-authored with doctor researcher.
Contributions must be unpublished and written in Portuguese, Spanish or English, with exclusive submission through the platform of the Emeron Journal. The deadline for submission is October 15th.
Esmat encourages the academic community and professionals of the Justice System of the state of Tocantins to participate in the call, contributing to the dissemination of experiences and knowledge that strengthen the restorative culture throughout the country.
