In addition, the award is guided by efficiency, transparency, innovation, speed and the improvement of the Judiciary as a whole.
The General Internal Affairs of the courts will be awarded in the Performance category, which takes into account the best results in indicators of compliance with national targets, and the Good Practices category, which recognizes successful projects by the units of correction of the courts. Courts may only submit one action under the Good Practices category.
The Performance category does not require an entry. The winners will be those who obtain the best results in the average of the indicators of compliance with the National Goals of the General Internal Affairs of Justice n. 1, 2 and 3, by segment of Justice.
The National Goal 1 of the General Internal Affairs concerns reducing the number of disciplinary procedures distributed in relation to those to be dropped. Goals 2 and 3 deal, respectively, with judging 100% of the cases that have been distributed by August 31st, 2023 and deciding 80% of the disciplinary procedures within 140 (one hundred and forty) days of distribution.
