The deadline for applications is March 7th and the exam will take place on April 14th in all Brazilian capitals. Register here.
The competition is regulated and organized by the National School for the Training and Improvement of Magistrates (Enfam) based on National Council of Justice (CNJ) Resolution No. 531 of November 14th, 2023, which instituted the Exam and its guidelines.
ENAM aims to ensure that selection processes for the judiciary take place in a way that values reasoning, problem-solving and vocation for the career. Eliminatory and non-ranking in nature, it seeks to contribute to the democratization of access to the judiciary, making it more diverse and representative.
The exam will consist of 80 questions that will assess the knowledge of the candidates about constitutional law, administrative law, general legal notions and humanistic training, human rights, civil procedural law, civil law, business law and criminal law. Check out the ENAM Notice .
