Speaking about the challenges experienced three and a half decades ago, the Justice reinforced the successful performance of this administration.
"In these 35 years we have lived this history, we have been here at the installation of the Judiciary from the beginning, we have lived a lifetime dedicated to justice and now we have come to a shining moment like this, when the President presents a beautiful management report for her first year, crowning with success all the previous administrations that were concerned with developing very well thought out projects to improve, innovate and bring progress to the people of the State of Tocantins, social progress and the development of mechanisms that could deliver better, more humane, more improved justice, and could bring the judiciary ever closer to the citizen," he added.
With regard to Esmat, the Director recalled the ongoing commitment of the school on promoting educational and informative activities not only for the legal community, but also for society in general.
"We innovate every day, we bring new projects, we seek to optimize artificial intelligence mechanisms, develop programs, and implement SOFTWARES, connectivity. But we have an advantage over the other courts in the country, which is the greater proximity in connectivity with the people who surround this Court, with the community in general, in a very responsible sense, of the role that the Judiciary plays in relation to the realization of rights, constitutional guarantees, a serious judicial provision, with dedicated Judges, server committed to justice and its effectiveness. And that's why we're all working together on a very well thought-out project that is improving every day. I'm very proud to be a part of this, having been President of the Court from 2003 to 2005, but above all because the Court gave me the opportunity to head the Superior School of the Judges, where we have established a real granary of new ideas and the improvement of people, not only Judges and civil servers, but also members of the institutions that make up the Justice System and the community in general, in cooperation with universities and all the institutions that want scientific improvement in this State. This, in fact, has contributed significantly to us achieving satisfactory results," he said.
Focusing on sustainability, Justice Etelvina said: "We value sustainability, an important value that we bring to our mission.
