Do You Work In Public Management? Esmat Opens Registrations For Event On Ethics, Transparency And Governance

The prevention of irregular conduct and the appreciation of transparency in public management will be topics of the event on "Public Management: Good Practices, Governance and Probity", which is open for registrations from this Tuesday (October 28th).

Held by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) in partnership with the Court of Auditors of the State of Tocantins (TCE), the State Prosecution of Tocantins (MPTO) and coordinated by Judge Arióstenis Guimarães Vieira, the training will be held on November 25th, in the auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), with live transmission by the virtual platform of Esmat (SAV/ Youtube).

With 1,300 vacancies available - being 300 in person and 1,000 ONLINE -, the event is aimed at:

  • Magistrates and civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins;
  • Representatives of the Justice System (State Prosecution, Public Defender and BAR);
  • Mayors, secretaries and assessors of municipalities of the state of Tocantins;
  • Other public agents.

The programming includes five thematic panels, with the participation of experts such as the prosecutor Tarso Rizo, the prosecutor of the National Treasury Matheus Carvalho, the auditor of the TCE João Paulo Landin Macedo, among other names. The themes range from the new Administrative Improbity Law to the Supervisory Function of the Legislature and the Challenges of the Sanctioning Power.
