The Superior School of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), in partnership with the Health Center, through the People Management Board of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), announces the opening of registration for the VIII Health Week. With the aim of promoting physical and mental well-being, as well as addressing quality of life in the workplace, the event offers an opportunity to reflect on individual and collective health.
Programming
Health Week will feature two lectures on September 28th and 29th, opening up space for discussions on mental and physical health and the impact on professional life.
- Lecture – Mindset in the pursuit of happiness, September 28th at 2 p.m;
- Lecture – The Hidden World of Emotional Wounds and Physical Diseases, September 29th at 2 p.m.
The topics selected aim to raise awareness of how to improve interpersonal relationships and consequently provide a better quality of life at work and emotional balance.

The lectures, which will be held in the auditorium of TJTO and broadcast live on the Virtual Platform of Esmat, are aimed at benefiting civil servers, Judges, trainees, employees of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, professionals from the Brazilian justice system and members of the community in general. A total of 1,000 places are being offered for each lecture.
Note: Those registered for the Palmas event will not have access to the broadcast. They must attend in person in the auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins.
