The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) is honored to be one of the hosts of the XVIII Edition of the International Seminar of the ACI Dialogue Research Group - International Constitutional Environmental Dialogue - on August 4th – 7th, 2023, at its headquarters in the 302 North Block, in the city of Palmas.
The theme chosen for this year is "Administrative simplification and environmental protection".
The Dialogue
The Environmental, Constitutional and International Dialogue Seminar has been held in Brazil since 2012. Its internationalization was inaugurated in Portugal, at the College of Law of the University of Lisbon (FDUL), with the holding of the V Edition, in October 2014, and the VII Edition, in October 2015.
Its organizing team is composed by Professors Jorge Miranda (Portugal), Honorary President; Bleine Queiroz Caúla (Brazil), Scientific Coordinator; Carla Amado Gomes (Portugal) and Susana Borràs Pentinat (Spain), Academic Coordinators; André Leite (Lithuania), Communications Coordinator; Claudia Ribeiro Pereira Nunes (USA) and Kamile Moreira Castro (Brazil), Editorial Supervisors.
