The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins will hold, on September 30th, the course on "Automated Locomotion in EPROC – 1st Degree", in the auditorium of Esmat and with live transmission. The target audience is civil servers and trainees of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins that act on shipping warrants and notifications for payment of transport expenses.
With a class load of 4 hours, the training aims to develop the technical competence of civil servers for the correct calculations of transport expenses and warrants in the Eproc system, ensuring compliance with the Joint Ordinance no 13 of 2024 (management of transport expenses in Eproc) and with the Joint Ordinance no 11, 2022 (Automated Warrants Offices), promoting accuracy, traceability and standardization of procedural acts under the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins
In total, 400 vacancies will be offered, 150 face-to-face and 250 in distance learning mode. Registrations can be made until the day of the event by clicking here.
Among the topics that will be addressed are: Management of Transportation Expenses, Processing Flow, Procedures in Case of Inconsistencies, Operation of Automated Warrants Offices and Practical Simulations in the System Test Environment.
The activity will be conducted by the facilitator Celma Barbosa Pereira, expert and civil server of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins, with experience in the implementation and legal-technical support of the Electronic Judicial Process (EPROC).
