WHAT IS A SELF-INSTRUCTIONAL COURSE?

It is a teaching modality in which the student has autonomy to conduct his/her studies, defining rhythm and schedules according to his/her availability, without the need for tutoring throughout the course. All content and activities are available on the virtual platform during the training period.

About the course

The course seeks to broaden the understanding and practical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), with emphasis on Generative AI, tools such as Bing Chat, ethics in AI and its application in the legal context. Divided into six main modules, the content covers everything from AI fundamentals to the using of Microsoft Copilot in day-to-day tools. Reflections on the impact of AI in the labor market and judicial decisions are also planned.

The initiative is coordinated by Justice Marco Villas Boas, general director of Esmat, and Ana Beatriz de Oliveira Pretto, executive director of the institution.
