The course on "Challenges of Litigation: ways to molecularize the protection of rights and confront abuse in access to the Justice System" began on Wednesday (May 8th), with the participation of magistrates from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins. Promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), the training will run until May 10th, addressing crucial issues for legal work.
In the first module, participants are immersed in a discussion on the Brazilian system of precedents and collective process microsystems, where the concept of judicial precedents and their practical application are explored.
With a total class load of 24 hours, this course seeks to promote knowledge about the application of the current legislation to the challenges of litigation in the contemporary context, especially with regard to the implementation of judicial precedents and the need to improve legal practice, with a view to efficiency, speed and the guarantee of fundamental rights.
During the opening of the training, accredited by the National School for the Training and Improvement of Magistrates (Enfam), the coordinator, Judge Manuel de Faria Reis Neto, and the President of the Intelligence Center of the Precedent Management Center (CINUGEP), Justice Pedro Nelson de Miranda Coutinho, were present at the beginning of the activities, emphasizing the relevance of the course for the activities of the judiciary.
