On Wednesday (December 12th), the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) held a training course on Electronic Property Search Systems in Enforcement. Bringing together magistrates and civil servers from the Judiciary, the course was taught by professor and lawyer José de Andrade Neto. The aim of the activity was to train the participants in the management and operation of systems for enforcing sentences.
About the professor
He served as a law Judge in the State of Mato Grosso do Sul for 21 years. Creator of the Online Hearings Project and the Expert in Hearings and Expert in Execution training courses. Master's Degree in Guarantees, Fundamental Rights and Judicial Process from the University of Girona in Spain Postgraduate in Civil Procedural Law (UNISUL-SC). Postgraduate in Constitutional Law (PUC-RJ).
