On Wednesday afternoon (August 2nd), the course on "Elaboration and Analysis of Cost Spreadsheet and Price Formation for Hiring Services under Exclusive Labor Dedication Regime" began. The first web class addressed the theme on "The Planning of Hiring and its Influence on Price Formation", bringing together servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins in search of essential knowledge for the efficiency of their hiring.
Taught by the facilitator Flaviana Vieira Paim, accountant and lawyer, postgraduate in Auditing and Accounting Expertise, the training will extend until August 10th. Commenting on her expectations regarding the course, the lawyer emphasized that she believes it will be very fruitful and that it came at a very opportune moment, considering the changes underway in the Judiciary and the growing importance of spreadsheets in the current scenario.
With a workload of 20 hours, the activities will take place in a hybrid way, combining distance classes and a face-to-face meeting at Esmat. The main objective of the course is to guide and train the registered civil servers in the preparation of the estimated budget for the contracting of outsourced services with exclusive dedication of labor. Through the application of techniques and methodologies appropriate to the object, it seeks to provide a safe analysis of the proposals submitted by the bidders, verifying the suitability and feasibility of the prices offered.
