On Wednesday morning (August 2nd), the long-awaited "Course From Concept to Implementation: Training for Innovation Labs" began. With the objective of training magistrates and civil servers to work in innovation laboratories, the action seeks to provide the development of leadership, communication and teamwork skills. In this way, participants will become agents of change and contribute to the success of innovation projects, applying innovation management concepts and tools.
The workload of the course is 24 hours, divided into three days of face-to-face activities, at Esmat, on August 2nd, 3th and 4th. The first class had a rich syllabus, in which topics such as "Creativity and Innovation - Concepts, Differences and Alignments", "Sustainability, Agenda 2030 and Innovation", "Judiciary, Governance, Management and Innovation" and "Strategies for Innovation Actions in the Organizational Structure and its Dimensions" were addressed.
Roberta Martins Soares, a Judiciary server registered in the course, shared her perspectives with enthusiasm. Focusing on the dissemination of innovative practices in the Institution, she sees this training as a valuable opportunity to improve her skills as a master's student in Judicial Provision and Human Rights, as well as a participant in the actions for the implementation of the INOVASSOL - Innovation Center.
"The course promises to be an enriching journey, empowering us to create innovative and effective solutions, from conception to execution. The exchange of experiences among colleagues and experts will certainly enrich our approach, allowing us to face the challenges with confidence and creativity. I look forward to absorbing the knowledge offered by the course and applying it in the development of activities. With this training, I am sure that I will be better able to face some of the contemporary legal-administrative dilemmas, always with an eye on human rights and the construction of a fairer and inclusive society", she said.
The facilitator of the classes is Yna Barbosa Honda e Sousa, PhD student in Technology and Innovation, from the Federal Technological University of the State of Paraná (UTFPR). The course was a request from Justice Angela Prudente, President of the Innovation Management Committee and Coordinator of the Program. In her justification, the Justice highlighted the importance of preparing the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins for a journey of innovation, with updated work methodologies, stimulating creativity and critical thinking, in addition to fostering collaboration.
