Registrations Are Open For The Course On Theory And Practice Of Judicial Precedents In Brazil

Registrations are open for the course on "Theory and Practice of Judicial Precedents in Brazil", aimed at magistrates and civil servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins. The training, developed by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), will have a workload of 16 class hours and will be held in person on September 4th and 5th, 2023.

The course will take place at Esmat, and the classes will be taught by the Master of Law, Marcelo Ornellas Marchiori. The action aims to provide participants with an in-depth analysis of the theoretical and practical study of the precedent model strengthened by the Code of Civil Procedure of 2015.
