The Institute of Supplementary Health Studies (IESS), in partnership with the School of Business and Insurance (SBI), launches IESS Education, short courses to disseminate and clarify the foundations that underlie the operation of the supplementary health sector. Online and free of charge, the courses are available on the SBI platform.
The target audience of the course is quite varied and ranges from health insurance beneficiaries themselves to graduate health students, Judges, government agencies, and companies that operate in the sector. By means of videos with accessible language, it is possible to learn about the most diverse subjects related to the sector.
The list of courses is shown in the table below, as well as the links to access them. In the access link there will be a summary of the course, the name of the professor, and the duration of the class. The courses include a workbook on the chosen theme and a 30 to 40 minute video lesson. Currently, 15 free online courses are available on the SBI platform, with more than 5 thousand students registered.
