The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) has opened registration for the course on Oral Evidence Production Techniques. The training, which was accredited by the National School for Training and Improvement of Magistrates (ENFAM), aims to provide those registered with a set of methods to obtain a better cooperation from the deponents, so that this action will encourage truthfulness in the narratives and can thus detect possible distortions of the truth inserted in the testimonial discourse.
With a course load of 24 hours, the course will be held from April 10th to 12th, 2023, in person at Esmat. In view of the development of the functions, 50 vacancies are being offered to magistrates and advisors of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins. The activities will be taught by professors Carlos Mendes Rosa and Tiago Gagliano Pinto Alberto.
