Aiming to develop the use of the own characteristics of the Qualified Precedents System, specifically in the scope of the competence of the Presidency of the Court, when analyzing the admissibility of Constitutional Appeals, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) held, on March 6th and 7th, the course on "Application of Qualified Precedents to the Admissibility of Appeals".
Developed in person, the training counted on the participation of legal advisors from the Presidency of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO). Divided into Modules I and II, the course was given by professor Vinicius Teixeira de Siqueira.
