The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) has announced the final result of the selection process for the tutor for the course People and Leadership Management - Class IV -, which takes place between April 5th and 20th, 2021.
The People Management and Leadership course aims to develop the People Management competence to promote skills in the application of defined methods, policies, techniques, and practices, through the development of people's attributes; the competencies related to the power of reflection, with the objective of managing internal behaviors and potentializing human capital, with theoretical and practical content about the main aspects of leadership and leadership tools and quality of life at work.
It will be the tutor's responsibility to monitor the students' activities according to the course schedule; interact and answer students' questions in forums and chats (web tutorials); support the teacher in the development of teaching activities, in the classroom - Zoom Platform -, and through the Esmat's Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
According to the requirements of the Edital nº 011, of 2021, referring to the selective process, the selected candidate was AMANDA EMILENE ARRUDA, and, for the reserve register, NELCYVAN JARDIM DOS SANTOS.
