Conflict Prevention and Precedent Management in Intelligence Centers course begins

The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) started the classes of the course Conflict Prevention and Precedent Management in Intelligence Centers this Tuesday morning (August 24th), via the Google Meet platform.

With a class load of 9 hours, the course aims to train magistrates, male and female Judges, and civil servers to identify repetitive or mass legal claims, as well as the themes that present the greatest number of controversies, by means of studies and technical surveys, including statistical data.

Among the 40 vacancies made available, 15 were distributed among magistrates from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins and 25 to male and female employees of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.

Federal Judge in Belo Horizonte/MG, Master in Administrative Justice, Doctor in Sociology and Law, Director of the Court of the Judiciary Section of Minas Gerais, Professor at PUC/MG, Coordinator of the Operational Group of the National Intelligence Center of the Federal Court, author of several books and legal articles.
