Registrations are open until October 13th, 2021, for the course in Public Service, to be held by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), with a total classload of 24 hours, in the modality of Distance Learning (EaD).
The course aims to train the servers, presenting them with the notions of customer service, its different forms and techniques, so that the clients feel well attended to in the scope of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, and the server, in turn, realizes how valuable and edifying his or her activity is.
80 vacancies are being offered, distributed among male and female public servers, employees from the Judiciary, and employees from Esmat's partner organs.
Classes will be held via Esmat's Virtual Environment and Google Meet Platform, from October 20th to November 16th, 2021.

In her Studio, she attends liberal professionals (mostly lawyers), doctors, public servers, professors, university students, businessmen, politicians, among others. Currently director of Habitus Consulting of People Management, lecturer in private companies and public institutions. Currently behavioral analyst, trained by TTI Success Insights, from 1998 to 2015. Teacher of the National Service of Industrial Learning (SENAI), among other professionalizing education institutions in courses realted to the behavioral área, especially Speech, from 2001 to 2017. Teacher in higher education in the course of Social Service at the undergraduate level and in the areas of University Teaching, Personnel Management and Public Management at the Postgraduate level.
