The activities of the course on Risk Management in Accordance with the Methodology of TJTO: Theory and Practice, started on Monday (August 29th). Held in a hybrid way, with the first three classes being held remotely via the GOOGLE MEET Platform, the training aims to promote the development of skills related to the exercise of their functions with regard to planning, organization and control of resources and materials of an organization, in order to minimize the effects of the risks of the organization to the minimum possible, focusing on the treatment of risks that may cause damage.
The course is offered by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), with a class load of 20 hours, and it will be given by the facilitator Sandro Tomazele de Oliveira Lima until September 5th, 2022. In order to prepare managers to act as facilitators of risk management in their units, the training course is open to employees from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.
