Registrations are open until August 10th, 2022, for the Criminal Procedural Law course: procedures in kind. Held by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), the training will be developed remotely through the GOOGLE MEET platform and Esmat's Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
With a total classload of 60 hours, the course will take place from August 16th to October 18th, 2022, and will be given by the facilitator Antonio Henrique Graciano Suxberger. 80 vacancies are being made available for magistrates and servers from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.
The training aims to provide the improvement and review of the subject, focusing on the theoretical and practical bases of the Code of Criminal Procedure and jurisprudential analysis of the higher courts.

Antonio Henrique Graciano Suxberger holds a doctorate and a master's degree in Law. Post-Doctorate. Professor of the Master's and Doctoral Program in Law at UniCEUB. Prosecutor in the Federal District. Associate Researcher of the Doctorate Program in Legal and Political Sciences of the Pablo de Olavide University - Spain.
