Aiming to train magistrates and servers from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins regarding the innovations promoted by Law No. 13,869 of 2019, which typifies crimes of abuse of authority, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) opens on Tuesday (May 3rd), registration for the Updating course on the New Law of Abuse of Authority.
Forty vacancies are being offered to magistrates, and servers from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins. The training has a class load of 20 hours.
The course will be held in the distance learning modality, and the activities will be developed under the guidance of professor Igor Pereira Pinheiro, by means of the School’s Virtual Platform.
