With the objective of applying the new jurisprudential understandings of the higher courts, with regard to tax issues, as well as the controversies related to state and municipal taxes, improving its understandings and its judicial practice, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) held, from March 17th to April 26th, the Tax Law course.
Taught by the professors and the facilitators Wagner Roby Gidaro and Renato Siqueira de Pretto, the course offered 40 openings for magistrates, and public servers from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, who work preferably in the Treasury and Public Records Courts, Tax Execution Courts, and Health Courts.
With a class load of 40 hours, in the distance learning modality, the course was successfully concluded.
