Registrations are open until March 8th, 2022, for the Tax Law course, which will be conducted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), with 40 hours of distance learning.
The objective of the training is to apply the new jurisprudential understandings of the higher courts with regard to tax issues, as well as the controversies related to state and municipal taxes, improving their understandings and their jurisdictional practice.
There are 40 vacancies available for Judges, magistrates, and public servers from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, who preferably work in the Treasury and Public Records Courts, in the Tax Execution and Health Courts, or are responsible for tax claims.
The classes will be taught by the professors and facilitators Wagner Roby Gidaro and Renato Siqueira de Pretto, and held through the School's Virtual Platform, from March 17th to April 26th, 2022.
