The Selection and Training Commission of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) invites candidates for the first National Exam of Magistracy (Enam) to take a hetero-identification exam in accordance with the Resolution 541/2023 of the National Council of Justice (CNJ). The exam is regulated and organized by the National School for the Training and Improvement of Magistrates (Enfam).
The exam is self-declaratory and aimed at black candidates (black and brown), for the procedure of verifying the veracity of the self-declaration. To do so, self-declared black/brown candidates must request validation of their status from the Hetero-identification Commission, according to the model form in Annex III of the Notice of Opening of Enam No. 01/2024, here, by March 7th of 2024. The request will be examined until April 1st of 2024.

You must also attach the following documents to the e-mail, in PDF, JPEG and JPG formats: Annex III - Self-declaration Form; Personal Identification Document, with photo; Proof of Address in the name of the Candidate or Proof of Address and Declaration of Residence (Last 3 months); Frontal Photograph, in color and in high resolution; Confirmation of the Application for Registration sent by e-mail by FGV.

Appeals
If the self-declaration of the candidate is rejected, an appeal may be lodged, once only, during the period from April 2nd of 2024 to April 5th of 2024, which will be evaluated by the committee of appeals, in accordance with the Ordinance No. 294/2024 – Advisory Office of the President of the TJTO.
Results
The individual result of the positive evaluation of the confirmation of self-declaration, in the first stage, will be sent by e-mail to the candidate by March 15th of 2024. The general list of the definitive result of the hetero-identification procedure will be published in the Official Diary and on the website of the Court of Justice, www.tjto.jus.br, on April 23rd, 2024.
