About the Journal
The ESMAT Journal aims to be a motivating tool for the dissemination of legal and interdisciplinary knowledge produced by Judges, students, professors, civil servers, lawyers, members of the State Prosecution and other members of the Legal Community, in other words, a vehicle for the continuous improvement of discussions on Law and the Social Sciences, in order to stimulate academic and scientific debate.
Peer Review Process
The articles received will be submitted for prior evaluation by the Editorial Board, which will check that they comply with the editorial of the Journal line and general publication rules. Articles that do not meet these requirements will be returned to their authors so that the necessary changes can be made. Once approved in this first stage, the articles will be sent for analysis by external referees, taking into account the respective thematic areas, through the DOUBLE BLIND PEER REVIEW process.
