The Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) awarded magistrates and civil servers from fifteen judicial units for their performance in 2023 with the Efficient Justice Award. Among the winners, the District of Miranorte won the Gold Stamp by achieving 77.7% of the established indices. Judge Ricardo Gagliardi, representing the district, received the award during the opening ceremony of the 3rd Meeting of Permanent Chiefs of Justice and General Internal Affairs of Justice of the State of Tocantins (ENCOPE).
Gagliardi holds a master's degree in Judicial Provision and Human Rights from the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) and he is currently studying for a doctorate in Constitutional Law and Political Theory at PUC-RIO. He is the author of the book "Judicial Branch Management Manual - Methodology for Aligning and Deploying Organizational Strategy ", published by Esmat Editor.
The Efficient Justice Award aims to value and encourage the commitment and efficiency of Judges and civil servers in providing services to the population of the State of Tocantins, demonstrating their ongoing commitment on offering quality justice that is accessible to all.
