On Wednesday (September 6th), the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) celebrated the maintenance of its ISO 9001:2015 certification, following the conclusion of a two-day external audit of its quality management system. The assessment was carried out by Quality Management System Certification Services (QMS), with Auditor Renato Anselmo Júnior.
In pointing out the positive points of the school, Renato emphasized its organization and efficiency in making information available, as well as the dedication of the sector to identify opportunities for improvement. He also highlighted the consolidation of the quality management system of the institution.
"One of the positive points of Esmat is its expressive determination to identify opportunities for improvement. Many institutions tend to focus on risks and threats, overlooking opportunities. However, you are committed to the continuous improvement of your activities, which can be seen in the number of opportunities for improvement you identify," commented the auditor.
The certification reinforces the effectiveness of the planning, execution, supervision and control of the courses and events offered by the School. Esmat has maintained its certified scope since 2015 and continues to constantly improve its training and development processes for Judges and civil servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.
