Registrations For Master's And Doctorate Degrees In Judicial Provision And Human Rights Begins On The 15th

The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) and the Federal University of the state of Tocantins (UFT) open, on January 15th, the registrations for the selection process of the Professional and Interdisciplinary Post-Graduation Program in Judicial Provision and Human Rights (PPGPJDH), with entry in the first semester of 2026. Vacancies are being offered for Class 14 of the Master’s degree (2026-2027) and for Class 2 of the Doctorate (2026-2029).

Registrations must be made until 4:59 pm on January 30th, exclusively by the Contest Management System (SGC) of Esmat: https://sgc.tjto.jus.br. The registration fee is R$ 150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais), according to the guidelines of the Notices no 056, of 2025 (Master), and no 055, of 2025 (Doctorate).

In the Master, 25 vacancies are available, distributed among members of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins (10), TRT (Regional Labor Court) of the 10th Region (3), TRE/TO (Regional Electoral Court of the state of Tocantins) (4), State Prosecution of Tocantins (4), UFT (Federal University of the state of Tocantins) (1) and general public (3). Two of these vacancies are for affirmative action.

For the Doctorate, 15 vacancies are offered: TJTO (Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins) (9), MPTO (State Prosecution) (2), TRE/TO (Regional Electoral Court of the state of Tocantins) (2), UFT (Federal University of the state of Tocantins) (1) and general public (1), being a vacancy reserved for affirmative action, according to the internal distribution provided for the TJTO.

The selection will be composed of three stages: approval of applications (qualifying), project evaluation with interview (qualifying and classification) and analysis of titles (classification).

In the Master’s degree, the selection process will take place from January 15th to February 27th, with classes scheduled to begin on March 2nd. The schedule of the Doctorate extends until March 6th, 2026, with the beginning of academic activities scheduled for the 23rd of the same month.
